To address previous limitations where only campaigns and projects could be used to create entities from templates, we've introduced a functionality for the Creation component that uses custom-built elements with hardcoded logic. This lets superusers enable a definition for templating that provides the necessary schema requirements, and then configure copy profiles and the Creation component as needed. Using that component, end users can create any entity from a template. This improvement provides greater flexibility and customization for all users by expanding the use of templates beyond the original, out-of-the-box definitions.
Additionally, a taxonomy relation is used to set an entity as a template, letting you manage security settings through user group policies.
