Content SDK 1.1 released with Design library enablers, Cursor rules, optimized preview and editing modes, and more.

    Improvement

Content SDK 1.1 introduces enablers for the Design Library (including import map support), Cursor rules, optimizations to the edit and preview modes, bug fixes to improve developer productivity and platform stability, and more.

This release includes:

Design library enablers - to fully support Design library features, including code generation.
Cursor rules - to enable context-aware, AI-powered recommendations when using Cursor to develop Content SDK applications.
Editing experience improvements - optimized middleware for editing scenarios in Next.js, enabling internal server requests for page data, and introducing new configuration options for internal host resolution.
Display name-based routing - display names now support UTF-8 encoding, improving flexibility across global projects.
ESLint 9 - the upgrade to ESLint 9 adds support for the new flat config format, streamlining configuration, and linting performance.
Cache busting - updated the cache buster format in the Design library to hh-dd-mm-yyyy for better asset control.

Please refer to the Content SDK 1.1 upgrade guide and SDK documentation for more information about these changes, including how to update your apps to take advantage of the new benefits.
