The latest XM Cloud base image includes the following improvements and fixes:

  • Media Preview Access Control Update - following the access control changes for media items in the Preview API, a new setting, Media.UrlSignatureExpirationTimeout, lets you set a time period during which authentication is not required to preview media items.  

  • Project and Editing Host Separation (beta feature) - when using the beta feature for separating projects and editing hosts, the first host you create now receives two names: the name you enter and Default. Previously, the automatically-created host was always named Default. This change lets you apply your existing logic to test the beta feature.

  • A/B/n Testing Fix - we've resolved an issue where A/B/n tests temporarily didn't support container components.
