The latest release of the SitecoreAI base image 1.8.44 includes the following improvements:<ul xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><li>Publishing process can now handle invalid rendering data</li></ul>Publishing is now resilient to invalid or corrupted rendering data in layout XML. Instead of failing the entire operation, invalid renderings are skipped during dependency computation, the rest of the page is published, and a warning is logged for visibility and troubleshooting.<ul xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><li>Security improvements and fixes to the Editing Host functionality.</li></ul>The latest release of the SitecoreAI base image 1.8.44 includes the following resolved issues:<ul xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><li>Added additional caching logic to resolve defect where ancestor items were not being cached. </li><li>Resolved defect where non-image items were showing blank icons after being uploaded to the media library</li><li>Improved startup resilience by safely handling unsupported transfer strategies during initialization. SitecoreAI now avoids startup failures in this scenario and continues with a stable fallback path. </li></ul>

The beta introduces a streamlined architecture that simplifies application development while providing first-class integration with Sitecore content and personalization services. Content SDK for Angular supports all core functionalities of SitecoreAI, enabling teams to adopt Angular without compromising access to key platform features.<h3 xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Key highlights:</h3><ul xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><li>Angular-native architecture – built on standard Angular patterns with seamless SSR support and dependency injection.</li><li>Loader-based data fetching – &nbsp;a new loader framework enables server-side retrieval of layout and dictionary data, providing a scalable foundation for advanced scenarios such as personalization.</li><li>Editing and Preview support – integrated support for Sitecore editing and preview experiences.</li><li>Localization and multisite capabilities – built-in support for multilingual and multisite implementations.</li><li>Unified configuration model – centralized application configuration through a single configuration entry point.</li><li>Improved developer experience – scaffold applications quickly with <code>create-content-sdk-app</code> and follow a simplified project structure designed specifically for Angular applications.</li></ul>As a beta release, we're actively seeking feedback from developers and early adopters. This is a direct integration that makes your audience and insights data available in your Microsoft Fabric environment without building export pipelines or Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows. Your team can consume it using Fabric-native tools including Power BI, notebooks, and SQL analytics. Additional integrations will be supported in the future.
