Audience and insights
Unify visitor data, resolve identities, and build audiences you can act on.
Audience and insights is the SitecoreAI capability that collects what visitors do on your site, joins those interactions into one profile per person, and turns that into audiences you can use for personalization, campaigns, and measurement.
Capture events in real time. Unify fragmented profiles through identity resolution. Analyze behaviour with affinities and predictive models. Activate audiences across personalization, segmentation, and AI agents. Measure what happened in performance dashboards.
Audience and insights is in phased rollout, so your environment may not have it yet. And if you are running Sitecore CDP today, that product is still live and documented — see If you are on Sitecore CDP at the bottom of this page.
Getting started
Overview
What Audience and insights does, how the capture-to-measure flow works, and how profile deletion is handled.
Identity resolution
Link anonymous and known visits into one profile across devices, channels, and sessions. Off by default — you opt in.
Identity rules
Define which identifier SitecoreAI matches on. Most environments use one rule, usually email address.
Affinities
Score what visitors care about based on the pages they view. Scores sit on the profile and update in real time.
Profiles
Browse recent visitors, filter by profile type, search by identifier, and open individual sessions, events, and affinities.
Developer documentation
Data reaches Audience and insights through events sent from your site. For JSS Next.js and Angular apps connected to SitecoreAI, use the Sitecore Cloud SDK rather than the Engage SDK.
Working with the data
If you are on Sitecore CDP
Sitecore CDP is a separate, still-supported product. If you landed here looking for guest profiles, batch segmentation, audience export, or the Developer Center, those live in the CDP documentation.

Before you start sending data
Before you start sending data, you must identify the type of API you want to use and ensure you model the data correctly for that API, and for the data model version
Integrating with Sitecore CDP
To collect data and send it to Sitecore CDP, you first have to integrate your app with Sitecore CDP.
Stream API
The Stream API lets you send real-time behavioral and transactional data about the users of your application to Sitecore CDP
