Until now, it hasn't been possible to let someone create and modify forms in XM Cloud without giving them the Admin app role, which grants the highest level of permissions. With this latest release, you can now assign the Advanced User app role in Cloud Portal to anyone who needs to manage forms. This role doesn't grant people full XM Cloud admin rights, so you can safely assign it without worrying about unwanted changes to critical parts of your project.
As with all app roles below Admin, you can grant an Advanced User any additional custom privileges they need, giving you maximum flexibility when deciding who should have access to what.
