We are excited to announce the ability to manage CC and BCC fields directly within your Email List. This feature can be enabled upon request through our support team, and once activated, it gives you greater control over your email communication.
Here’s how you can manage CC and BCC fields:
Edit CC/BCC for Individual Members: You can manually add CC or BCC email addresses for each specific member within the custom fields of the email list. This allows for tailored communication and ensures that the right people are included in each email.
Bulk Import CC/BCC Emails: For convenience, you can also import CC or BCC email addresses in bulk into the custom field for each individual member. This is especially useful when managing large email lists and ensures efficient handling of communication at scale.
This update gives you more flexibility and control over your email communications, making it easier to manage recipients and ensure proper distribution of your messages.
When duplicating a list that has CC/BCC fields enabled, the values entered in these fields will not be copied to the new list. Only the structure of the CC/BCC fields themselves will be duplicated, similar to other custom fields. As a result, the CC and BCC fields in the duplicated list will be left empty.
To retain the functionality of CC/BCC in the duplicated list, you will need to either:
Re-import members with the correct CC/BCC email addresses, or
Manually update the CC/BCC values for each individual member.
