The latest release of the Page builder contains the following resolved issues: 

• The Link text field is no longer marked as required when it is not actually mandatory.  

• The Page builder now only checks the CanWrite permission for accessing publishing restrictions, instead of both CanWrite and CanPublish. This is consistent with how Content Editor checks permissions. 

• The version drop-down menu states now respect the selected version's current workflow state, and not the state of the original version. 

• All fields of the same type in a component can now be selected from the Layers panel, when previously only the first instance of the Rich Text or Link fields could be selected. 

• Dragging and dropping a component now works correctly for placeholders, even if the placeholder is not wrapped in a div element. 

• When quickly making multiple changes, such as clicking several checkboxes within a few seconds, the changes are all now correctly captured and saved.
