A new Smart brief feature is now available for early access, bringing AI assistance into a dedicated Content Operations section to help you create and manage briefs more efficiently. You can include a variety of configurable field types—such as rich text, select lists, Content Hub references, timelines, dates, and numbers—each with AI support to generate content, suggest taxonomy values, recommend relevant assets, or propose timelines based on your brief details.
All brief types include a general Reference section for supporting documents, plus built-in to-do lists, assignments via mentions, and a comments area. A simple workflow (draft, in review, approved, canceled, archived) guides progress, and you will be able to design your own templates. You’ll also be able to convert briefs into projects, campaigns, or custom entities.
