Operations that require full catalog resyncs are no longer triggered when product sync is not paused in order to prevent redundant resyncs. For example, before assigning several new buyers to the catalog you should set Pause to true, and then upon setting Pause back to false, OrderCloud will consolidate the changes made during the pause and sync the catalog only once. If Pause isn’t set to false during these operations, they will no longer trigger catalog resyncs. In those cases, you must manually initiate a resync through the self-service section of the portal.
Manually restart full sync operations (product, order and entity) from the self-service section of the portal, eliminating the need for support intervention in scenarios where the full sync has failed.
