Note: This feature is being rolled out in phases. It may not be available in your organization yet, but will appear once your environment receives the update.
You can now create and deliver personalized experiences beyond Sitecore-managed websites using headless and event-triggered personalization, with dedicated dashboards to monitor performance and delivery.
Headless personalization and A/B/n testing
You can now create headless personalized experiences and A/B/n tests in SitecoreAI and deliver them through your own applications, including mobile apps, SPAs, and third-party websites. This feature enables API-driven integration, giving you the flexibility to deliver personalized content and experiments to any headless frontend while keeping decisioning and analytics centralized in SitecoreAI.
What's included
Centrally manage headless experiences - create headless personalizations and A/B/n tests for non-Sitecore managed properties.
Configure custom API responses - define the JSON data returned to your application for each variant.
Target specific audiences - add conditions to control who is eligible for an experience.
Run multi-variant A/B/n tests - test up to six variants across headless channels.
Test API responses - use the Preview API to validate responses before publishing.
Track headless performance - add goals and monitor performance and operational data.
Triggered personalization
You can now start personalized actions when a configured guest event occurs. SitecoreAI evaluates guest eligibility and sends a personalized payload to connected systems, such as email providers or custom webhooks, enabling automated responses to customer behavior.
What's included
Trigger experiences from guest events - start personalization when guests perform configured actions.
Apply eligibility conditions - control which guests qualify before an action runs.
Deliver personalized payloads through webhooks - send data to external systems using custom actions.
Send automated emails - trigger personalized emails through integrated providers.
Monitor delivery and execution - track triggered experiences to review connection health, delivery status, and operational data.
