You can now select a content item in the canvas and instantly see in the right-hand panel whether it's used on any pages across the site. Click the content item to see a list of all the pages where it’s used. This includes details such as the site the page belongs to, the page name, its language version, and the workflow state. You’ll also see exactly where the item appears within the page along with the specific field (e.g., Title or Image) and the field sections that reference it.
Need to make changes? Just click a page in the list to open it in a new tab.
You can also see if an item is used in other pages of your site from the Assign content item dialog.
These enhancements give you greater visibility and control over your content, making it easier to audit usage, and maintain consistency across your sites.
