With media availability settings, embargo dates are configured directly on media assets and apply everywhere those assets are used. Once published, assets automatically become available at the scheduled date and time, eliminating the need for manual publishing at the moment of release.
To help editors stay informed, Page builder now displays availability status indicators such as Scheduled, Live, Expired, and Publish pending, along with visibility into when an asset will become available or expire. This information is surfaced directly in media selection and editing workflows, making it easier to manage time-sensitive content with confidence.
