Translation centralized in SitecoreAI site dashboard

We centralized all site translation capabilities in a new Localization tab in a site dashboard, making it easier to configure languages, apply brand guidance, start translations, and track localization progress in one place.

Before any translation works, you need to configure your site with at least one additional supported language. Ideally, you can also assign to the site a brand kit that guides AI translation with glossary rules and tone guidance. You can now directly configure both languages and brand kits in the Localization Configure tab of the dashboard, instead of having to go to two different UIs in the site Settings.

You can then start a site translation from the Localization widget on the Overview tab of the dashboard as you used to, but also from the Localization tab.

In addition, we have added in the Localization tab a new translation jobs table where you can monitor progress of the translation job with job name, status, trigger details, end time, and duration, including filtering by status, language, or date.

To open the new Localization tab, go to Channels, and for the site of your choice, hover over the tile of the site and click Dashboard.
