Content SDK for Angular 1.1 and Next.js 2.5 add support for rendering Schema.org structured data configured in SitecoreAI, helping search engines understand your page content. Angular 1.1 also introduces page metadata, Open Graph tags, and llms.txt support.
Key highlights:
Schema.org and JSON-LD support – both frameworks can now render structured data configured in SitecoreAI without custom JSON-LD rendering code. See how you can configure JSON-LD schemas in SitecoreAI.
Page metadata and Open Graph tags for Angular – generate page titles, metadata, and Open Graph tags from Sitecore fields during server-side rendering and update them during client-side navigation.
llms.txt support for Angular – serve site-specific content managed in SitecoreAI at
/llms.txt, providing AI tools with a curated overview of your site.Other bug fixes and improvements – includes experimental feature discovery through the CLI, smaller Next.js App Router payloads, and fixes for editing, routing, and builds.
Client context ID requirement – security fixes make the previously optional client context ID mandatory for Sitecore stylesheet links generated by
getHeadLinks(). ConfigureCSDK_PUBLIC_SITECORE_EDGE_CONTEXT_IDfor Angular orNEXT_PUBLIC_SITECORE_EDGE_CONTEXT_IDfor Next.js. If you use a scoped context ID, it must include access to at least the Files resource.
