These answers will be retained by Search to provide an effective and consistent experience to customers asking common questions in natural language, encouraging self-service through automated, on-demand customer support.
We'll be releasing more of this AI capability in phases, with this first phase enabling you to edit, delete, or manually create Q&A pairs directly from your Content Collection. The first phase supports English language only.
