With the ​Sitecore Connect integration​​, you can connect ​Sitecore Send​ with other applications and use automations to transfer data between ​Sitecore Send​​ and the connected applications. You can use the built-in recipes or set up your own with triggers and actions on the subscriber base.

The integration between Sitecore Send and Sitecore Connect enables you to connect Send with other applications, such as Facebook and Google Sheets. You can then use automation to transfer data between Sitecore Send and the connected applications.

Either use our built-in recipes or set up your own with triggers and actions on the subscriber base. With a connection from Sitecore Connect to Sitecore Send, you’re ready to create a recipe for connecting to a third-party application.

This feature allows you to manage your subscribers in Send, based on the triggers that come from the connected applications. To connect Sitecore Send with a third-party application and make automations, simply use the Sitecore Send connector in Sitecore Connect. 

For example, you can set up Sitecore Connect to automatically create subscribers on an email list in Sitecore Send whenever someone responds to a survey, or whenever a contact is added to a spreadsheet, your CRM system, or your ERP system.
